Sowing Seeds of Hope Mission Statement

The mission of Sowing Seeds of Hope (Matthew 25:35-36) seeks to put
God’s love in action. Sowing Seeds of Hope brings people together to build
families, homes, communities and hope. To love mercy and to walk humbly
with God, we promote decent, affordable housing for all; advocate for just
and fair housing, and to eliminate the constraints that contribute to
inadequate housing.  We strive to provide relief to the poor through spiritual
guidance, nourishment, healthcare, and transportation. We encourage,
through self-enabling, a clear direction for each person or family. We focus
on improving job training skills, promoting social and physical infrastructures,
tourism and recreation using all available resources to offer a hand up, not
    just a handout.

37 Then shall the righteous answer him, saying, Lord, when saw we thee an hungred, and fed

38 When saw we thee a stranger, and took thee in? or naked, and clothed thee?

39 Or when saw we thee sick, or in prison, and came unto thee?

40 And the King shall answer and say unto them, Verily I say unto you, Inasmuch as ye have
done it unto one of the least of these my brethren, ye have done it unto me.
